Very dishonest, he told me the only way I could get my deal approved was to pay some fees that the finance company required. after calling Chrysler Capital they said they didn’t it’s a dealership thing. deal approved was to pay some fees that the finance company required. after calling Chrysler Capital they said they didn’t it’s a dealership thing. Women beware! This dealership is extremely misogynistic . During the purchase of my jeep all questions were directed to my fiancé (a man) despite the fact that I clearly stated I’d be sole owner of the car. During the purchase of my jeep all questions were directed to my fiancé (a man) despite the fact that I clearly stated I’d be sole owner of the car. Post-sale they thanked and congratulated him multiple times and shook his hand, completely ignoring the fact that I was the one who paid them and signed all the paperwork. I continuously stated that this car was mine but the continued to address only my fiancé. It was appalling! While I love the car I purchased from this dealership, it’s been three months since I bought the car and the dealership still owes me work agreed upon during the sale (chipped windshield and reimbursement for the inspection). I’ve follow up via email, phone, and even went back on site and everyone I’ve spoken to has been unhelpful or unresponsive. Don’t waste your time with this dealership. Go somewhere where they respect and value their customers!! More
