Mark Calzo and the General Sales Manger went above and beyond for me during my search for a 2021 Jeep Gladiator in the sting grey Willys package. After selling me a vehicle that was NOT in circulation, Mark and the sales manager went to work trying to locate my truck. They did so, Mark met me at Car Max down the road and picked me and my 15 month old son there, Mark even moved his own child’s car seat so I could put mine in for my son. Now that’s customer service!!! No ones likes dealing with sales people but if and when I am in the market for another JEEP I’ll be making my way back to see Mark. Thank you!! Chris P. More
Dennis the GM might be the worst I’ve ever dealt with. It’s almost like you go back in time to the 90’s where dealerships think their intimidation tactics work. Stay away from this dealership. I bought a pre-owned/certified Jeep Wrangler with remarkably low mileage in June. First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was the absolute worst dealership I stepped foot into!!! Within 2 months of purchasing remarkably low mileage in June. First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was the absolute worst dealership I stepped foot into!!! Within 2 months of purchasing the vehicle, a mechanical issue occurred with the shifter, causing the car to become inoperable, leaving me stranded at all times of the day in various locations, requiring my car to be towed to the dealership. After waiting for the wrong part to be ordered, I was finally assured by the service department that the issue was fixed. Over the next 2 months, the same issue occurred 3 additional times. As a First for Life member, I was informed by Sales that towing up to 25 miles was free when towed to the dealership. After speaking to multiple receptionists, and Jaime in Service, not one person was aware of this benefit to customers, even when the brochure is displayed throughout the facility! I was informed, "No, we don't do that here. We don't have a tow truck." And after being transferred to multiple staff saying, "I never heard of that. You need to find a tow truck yourself." How many other customers have been misinformed about the First for Life benefits? Regardless of staff turnover, training all staff members on the services the facility offers is greatly needed and should be a priority. I'm not sure how a business operates when the employees aren't aware of the benefits the dealership offers. After working with Jaime one of the times my vehicle was being serviced, I explained my frustrations to her when the same issue occurred numerous times, leaving me and my family inconvenienced and without a loaner vehicle, since the dealership never had any, and it was evident that customer service was lacking in the service department. Jaime's response to my frustration was telling me that the dealership was short staffed. And she asked, "Would you prefer I lied to you and didn't tell you the truth?" As a customer who has a chronic issue with a newly purchased vehicle that no one can fix, and can't provide me with any answers, that is not what I wanted to hear. As a customer, I wanted to know that everything was being done to investigate the issue to ensure this problem wouldnt happen again, despite any staffing issues or other behind the scenes issues happening at the dealership. I mentioned to Jaime that I was looking into the Massachusetts Lemon Law, to which she laughed. Jaime's rudeness and lack of empathy for what the customer was experiencing was appalling. I spoke to multiple managers for their guidance on the shifter issue, Scott, the Service Supervisor, and Luke. Most people certainly did not return phone calls when they said they would call back, also displaying poor customer service, leaving me without answers for yet additional days on end. Although Luke was new to Service, he listened to my concerns, apologized for everything that was happening, and tried to work with me to find a temporary solution. These qualities are good customer service! Had I been treated with the proper customer service and worked with knowledgeable staff, I may have given this dealership a second chance. It is clear that customers are not valued and are disrespected. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, nor will I ever purchase a vehicle from First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. More
