I already knew what my lease trade-in equity was , based off negotiations with another local dealership.(based off a CarMax offer). The other dealership didn’t have the exact car I wanted, which is why I off negotiations with another local dealership.(based off a CarMax offer). James gave me a good offer right off the bat, and did not lowball me and try to play games. I also liked the free routine service , which was better than other dealership. That said, there was no xxxxxxxx with lowball offers , & then the typical move where the sales manger comes out to improve the deal. Ultimately that is why James won my business & why I would reccomend your dealership. More

Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler. Called to see if vehicle I saw online was available. Phone rep said she would call back once verified, and did within 4 minutes. Manager came out to check my current vehicle and within 2 minutes provided me a trade-in value. (a competitive offer!) Next step, we agreed on pricing and started financing. (All simple and easy) Entire process took about 3 hours including test drive, financing, trade and transfer. Very happy with sales rep (James A) and processing from start to finish. There were no "pushy" sales tactics and extremely straight-forward conversations. More
