Appointment process is broken! Appt should coincide with service bays/mechanic availability, NOT with service advisor availability as is the current process. My car sat almost hour past appt time before eve service bays/mechanic availability, NOT with service advisor availability as is the current process. My car sat almost hour past appt time before even being taken back to service bay for recall work and oil change/ tire rotation. All 3 bays for this work were full for over an hour (and this is not my first wait for service at Firkins but now it makes sense). The BASIS for an appointment time should be changed. BAD PROCESS not followed by other dealerships but at least I know what questions to ask in finding my next dealership near Bradenton. More
