I just bought a 2021 Brand New Jeep from you guys at Firkins Bradenton. I decided to purchase something new because i didnt want to keep paying for repairs on a used car or risk breaking down in the fut Firkins Bradenton. Brad the sales associate who helped me find my new vehicle was outstanding and personable but the VERY next day after purchase, my passenger door wouldn’t lock. I park my Jeep in a crowded parking garage for work, so for security reasons I needed to get this fixed asap. When i took it to the Firkins Service department, Sean the Service Advisor told me they wouldnt provide me with a loaner vehicle for the day because it wasn’t a “safety” issue but the wait wouldnt be too long. After waiting 4 hours with no one communicating to me what was going on. (I even had to cancel two doctors appointments while waiting). Sean finally told me the issue was a part that would take 4-5 days to be delivered and that they wouldn’t provide me with a car loaner in the interim. I was finally able to speak to the Manager James. James greatly lacked professionalism and customer service skills. He told me “car dealerships” arent required to provide a car loan while a vehicle is being serviced” and that it is a customer courtesy. I guess a courtesy that a customer, who just purchased a brand new vehicle from them doesn’t deserve? I greatly regret purchasing a vehicle from Firkins Bradenton. More
