Felt like my business was not wanted I wanted to have service done on my Chrysler Pacifica so I called Firkins back in February and was told that someone would get back to me. Then 2 week I wanted to have service done on my Chrysler Pacifica so I called Firkins back in February and was told that someone would get back to me. Then 2 weeks later still no call, so I called again and I was told that someone would call me again. 2 weeks later still no call. I received a phone number to the Service Manager and I called him and left voicemail. Still no call back. It took me several phone calls, Chat sessions and e-mails until I finally was able to get an appointment almost 1.5 months later. While leaving my car (on Monday April 8th), for maintenance service and also a few issues with the car, the check in process was quick and efficient and I received a loaner. However, 5 days later I got my car back which had I known I would have taken my kids car seats out so that we could actually use the loaner car. I do not think one should have to wait for their car for 5 days (of course I had called and left voicemails again but no response). On top of that they wanted to charge me full prize for this service but at this time I just wanted to leave the dealership. For this service nothing but free would be an insult to the customer. More

Unable to fix problem Firkins created Issue #1 - Scheduled appointment over the phone 10 days before service appointment, Asked to have repair that required a part (identified by Firkins Issue #1 - Scheduled appointment over the phone 10 days before service appointment, Asked to have repair that required a part (identified by Firkins as issue during prior visit) and they did not order part so it would be available during the service appointment. They told me this after I dropped car off and was already back at home. Issue #2 - During service appointment 4 months earlier Firkins did a Flash Update to the radio in response to my telling them the Navigation did not always work correctly. Immediately after the Flash Update the radio no longer worked correctly as the sound became intermittent when the radio was on. During this recent visit Firkins indicated this new problem could not be fixed and I needed a new radio for $800. Told them the radio worked perfectly until they did the Flash Update but Firkins said the Flash could not be the cause. This may/may not be true but if it is then it is something else that was done to the radio during the earlier visit, They offered free labor and and a 10% discount on the new radio but I was unable to speak to the Service Manager as he was "in a meeting." This is unacceptable anyway since I would still have to pay over $500 to remedy a problem they created. Waiting for them to call me back to discuss further. In the future I plan to drive an additional 20 miles to a different Chrysler dealer for service. More

Regular mantance They make it easy for me to get in and have everything done I need to. They called Wednesday evening saying everything was done except they couldn't find a problem with the transmission so if I wanted to come in and drive with a tech it would help. More

Miracle! Had a great experience! Came in with my 2018 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from there and needed to trade it in for something bigger and basically neede Had a great experience! Need more time I just got it back Friday morning, 2day is Sunday. .Literally, Firkins has had it more than I have after purchasing it in 3/19.
