Oil change I usually see Joe Murray but since he is off on the weekends I was scheduled with Richard Drewers. At time of check in he was helping another customer and Sean Averso checked me in. My wife and I went to the waiting area to wait for my oil change. Around a hour later the cashier called me to tell me I’m all set. Not once was I given a update by either gentlemen. I guess Joe has such high standards with his customers I assumed all the service advisors are the same, I was wrong. I had to find where they parked my car because nobody told me where it was. Just because it’s the weekend your level of customer service should never suffer. More

Sold me a different vehicle than I was promised I dealt with Austin Penman over the phone and through email. They didn’t have the exact car I wanted on their lot, but Austin told me they could find I dealt with Austin Penman over the phone and through email. They didn’t have the exact car I wanted on their lot, but Austin told me they could find one on another lot and have it delivered to their dealership. I told him what I wanted and a little while later he emailed me the window sticker of a car that fit exactly what I wanted. We worked out a price and he told me the car would arrive to their lot in a few days. We set up a date and time for me to come to the dealership to buy the vehicle. When I arrived, they tried to charge me $5000 more than the price we had agreed upon on the phone. They eventually did give me the price. I purchased the van and went to drive off the lot and the check engine light was on ( this was a brand new car!) After they investigated it turned out they couldn’t fix it unless I left the car with them. I live 2 hours away, so I decided to drive home and have my local dealership fix the issue under warranty. 10 min after leaving the dealership, I open the glove compartment box and look at the window sticker that was stuffed in there. To my shock, the window sticker was for a car that was not the one they sent me the window sticker for through email. In fact, the car I actually bought had less features and was $1000 less that the one I agreed to buy! Pretty furious that they did a bait and switch. I paid the same price for the car that was supposed to have $1000 more extras but didn’t. These were safety features that you wouldn’t notice by just looking at the car and would take awhile to notice while driving also. So while the car looked like the one I had agreed to buy it really wasn’t the same. The dealership let me return the van and apologized that they neglected to tell me that they couldn’t get the exact car they sent me the window sticker for, so they found another car and thought it was the same. I really don’t believe they didn’t notice it was $1000 cheaper! What’s worse is that they told me the original car I wanted to buy that they sent me the window sticker for by email, was sold from the dealership they tried to get it from and that’s why they had to find the different car for me. I went home, called the dealership that had supposedly sold the car I wanted, only to find out it was still on their lot. I actually ended up buying the car from that dealership instead! Horrible experience. More
