Your service need to talk to each other! Dropped my Truck off for service at 7:15 am Friday. I Rented a car. No call all day. Went Back at 3:30 and they didn’t know it was there??!! Engine repair After coming to firkins to get air in one of my tires, joe mentioned I had engine problems (bad lifter) and that I should schedule an appointment ASAP After coming to firkins to get air in one of my tires, joe mentioned I had engine problems (bad lifter) and that I should schedule an appointment ASAP, they got me in that week and gave me a new rental that had less that 1k miles, my Jeep rides better than ever but the worst part was having to bring bad the exceptional rental...great service and customer care.
