Bait and switch I saw a sale on Facebook of Step Up Buy Back program.It said Firkins had over 200 different kinds of cars. So I was interested.But I texted and said I I saw a sale on Facebook of Step Up Buy Back program.It said Firkins had over 200 different kinds of cars. So I was interested.But I texted and said I need to step down for lower payments.Then Fred Noyes texted me and said and he can work with me and made and appointment. I went to the dealership and he was no where to be found. No 200 cars. I ended up with Brad Saunders.. He is very nice, but never showed me any cars. Sold me a Journey. I was not happy. I was forward to looking for all these 200 cars. I am 60 years old I do not need a big Dodge Journey. The only good thing came out of this transaction was that my interest rate went down and payment just a little. In the end I would have never visited the dealership that day if it was not for tha advertising on Facebook and textind with Fred Noyes. So yes I'm calling as I see it bait and switch. Not very happy.This is no reflection on Brad I guess he just doing what he is told to do. Not very happy!! More

About the 8th time in for repair since December Tired of bringing the car in for the same problem and getting the same response.
