Taming and unruly Drive Train On a recent road trip, suddenly without warning the transmission of my Dodge Durango had the automotive equivalent of an epileptic fit. I nursed my wa On a recent road trip, suddenly without warning the transmission of my Dodge Durango had the automotive equivalent of an epileptic fit. I nursed my way home and to Firkins the next morning. Service Advisor Richard Drewes was quick to diagnose the issue and assured me that it was fully covered under warranty which was a big relief. They needed to order parts and so had to keep my vehicle over the weekend, but would have it ready to pick up by COB on Monday. OK, no worries...until Monday came and the parts were late arriving so they needed another day. I was to pick up at 2pm, until at 1:30pm Richard called to advise that it would be 4:30pm instead. OK thanks for the heads up, things happen. Until when I arrived and they were still having "software" issues and would need another day. But Richard recovered well by having a rental car all arranged and covered for my use. The rental representative Paige was great to work with and all went well, except for the unavoidable inconvenience of being without my vehicle for 2 additional days. In the end, the repairs were done very professionally and Richard Drewes was exceptional in his ability to understand, empathize and accommodate to a positive end result. More

Tons of pros with few cons Patrick was absolutely wonderful! He was very very helpful, kind, & generous the whole day. My experience with the financing guy (I won’t name names) was horrible, however; he was extremely rude & condescending to both myself & to my salesman, which I didn’t appreciate at all. The second finance employee was, however, awesome! Overall 10/10 recommend this dealership. More
