If you want a family car do not BUY Chrysler Pacifica!!! I bought the Pacifica as a family car being confident that I am able to install child/baby car seats for my kids. However, to my surprise the middle r I bought the Pacifica as a family car being confident that I am able to install child/baby car seats for my kids. However, to my surprise the middle row is pretty much useless if you have a forward facing child seats. The issue is that the car seat will not be lean on the backrest of the seat as it will hit the headrest of the seat. I tried to raise it but it would not raise. I was probably doing something wrong I thought and took it to Firkins where I bought the car. Now I am being told that the headrests cannot be raised and that I should have bought a different car seat for the kids. I am sorry who are you tell tell me what I should buy for my kids. I paid a lot for my car and it should have not have this limitation. I could have bought a different minivan that would not have this limitation. The service team said I could remove the headrest by removing a safety ring, but that they would not do it for safety reasons. Well, of course if I do that myself then the warranty does not apply if something would happen. I told them that I was not informed by the sales people that this was the case, and one of the service guys said I should have asked about it. Well, sorry for not asking about your product that you are selling as a family car as one would expect that at least one could install child seats. The service manager told me to bring the child seat and they see if they can install it for me. I am sorry but this will not work as the car seat is hitting the headrest. Not sure what they will do differently. The service department kept arguing with me about this issue, and finally I just left without a solution. They take no responsibility for not informing their customers about the limitations, and they will argue with you which will make you feel that it was your problem in the first place. Stay away from this car and these people, I am sure you can find better choices from other vendors. More

Okay Work, but it always takes 2-3 Visits to fix Problem My driver seat was moving all the time, when they first tried to fix it they scratched up the steering wheel and the seat still moved. After waiting o My driver seat was moving all the time, when they first tried to fix it they scratched up the steering wheel and the seat still moved. After waiting one month I was able to make another appointment and take it back in. They replace the seat and the steering wheel this email works fine. I have however been waiting for a few weeks now for paint and body to call me back for another warranty claim. Sean in service is the best service advisor there! More
