Everything was easy I stopped by the collision center without an appointment to get an estimate on two scratches on my Jeep that I wanted painted. Mark Johnson went righ I stopped by the collision center without an appointment to get an estimate on two scratches on my Jeep that I wanted painted. Mark Johnson went right out to my Jeep with me, looked it over and within 15 minutes I had an estimate of what each repair would be. Please know that he was upfront with me that if i chose not to paint over the scratches that it would be ok because the scratches would not rust over time. I called him back the next day( a Thursday) and asked if it was possible to get in on Monday and pick up my Jeep on Wednesday. I explained that mom would be out of town and I would be able to use her car to take care of the kids etc.; he said no problem! I was so relieved and here I am one week later with my Jeep in my garage all painted, it was that easy. More

He did just that. On August 22, I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee 4 x 4 that was guaranteed to be able to be flat towed behind my motorhome. Not knowing a lot about the newer Jeeps I didn’t know that the car that I just purchased was not capable of being towed behind my motorhome. Just a few hours after the purchase ( on my drive back home) I realized the mistake and contacted Brett to tell him that I was really upset and very unhappy. I told him that I was sold a car under false pretenses. He apologized, then asked me to bring the car back the next day and that he and Firkins would make it right. He didn’t get defensive, he didn’t try to give me excuses, he didn’t do anything but solve the problem. The next day, he rolled into action. By the end of the day I was committed to buying a brand new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. So here’s a customer, (Me) Who comes to a dealership to buy a used car, gets sold the wrong car, is really upset, comes back the next day and gets sold a new car. And then watch away happy.
