Always a long wait. It always seems to take much longer to get through any service than it should. I don't think I've ever waited shorter than 90 minutes for a repair t It always seems to take much longer to get through any service than it should. I don't think I've ever waited shorter than 90 minutes for a repair that they said would take 30. This time, my car was ready for 20 minutes (I saw it out in the parking lot) and no one came to notify me. I had to get my service person's attention (which took another 10 minutes) to get the status. They may have the car done in a short time, but they don't make any effort to let you know, so you sit in the waiting room much too long. More

problem still not fixed I have mixed feelings after my most recent visit to this dealership. I got lost trying to find my way there (the 'Uconnect' screen is not functioning) I have mixed feelings after my most recent visit to this dealership. I got lost trying to find my way there (the 'Uconnect' screen is not functioning) & Alan was very kind on the phone in directing me there. They still took my van in even though I was 10 minutes late for my appointment. They cleaned the visor that had been soiled with grease the last time I was there. Ken was very nice & made an extra effort to keep me informed, which I really appreciated. The downside is that after spending 4 1/2 hours in total, the problem still isn't fixed & I will have to take it back again. Very frustrating overall, but mitigated somewhat by very nice people in service department. More
