I do apologize for your experience. While the majority of our vehicles do have warranty we do have a few that are sold "AS-IS" meaning that there is no factory warranty and no warranty from the dealership. On the "vehicles sold "AS-IS" we go over everything stating that the vehicle does not have a warranty of any type with it.
