I did not deal with Mr. Kavanaugh or the Americus location, but I was working with Kyle, one of the salesmen in Leesburg, and he pulled my vehicle from the Americus lot. From start to finish, Kyle made the process painless and enjoyable. He definitely went the extra mile to ensure that I was informed and happy every step of the way without ever making me feel pressured. Tony popped in periodically to make sure everything was going well and he is super friendly and personable and not pushy at all. It was a very easy buying process and I was pleased not to see a lot of the pressure tactics I've witnessed at other dealerships. FMC earned a customer for life and I won't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Fantastic experience overall. More
