They were professional and attentive. The service representative was nice and explained everything in detail. The wait was longer than expected however it was the service department’s issue. representative was nice and explained everything in detail. Most recent experience was not great. I had to keep calling to check on the status and after 2 days they had not really done anything until they told me to pick it up for the weekend. I was not offered calling to check on the status and after 2 days they had not really done anything until they told me to pick it up for the weekend. I was not offered a loner and my vehicle is only a year old. I would have thought they would have at least washed it.. but no nor a vacuum. I did get the visor fixed so that was good. More

Worst experience ever. Went in to get a back window replaced and turbo fixed on a 2020 Ram 2500. Called Monday 7/20 to get a "scheduled appointment" for the following week. Confirmed they had the bac replaced and turbo fixed on a 2020 Ram 2500. Called Monday 7/20 to get a "scheduled appointment" for the following week. Confirmed they had the back window & turbo in-stock. Upon arrival on Monday 7/26, no one was aware of my "scheduled appointment" and I was told it would take 24-48 hours to just "look" at my truck. I told my service advisor Heather that the person from Finnegan I had originally spoke with said the back window would have to be replaced by an outside installer. She emphatically told me "no, we do all window replacements in-house". I thought that was odd, but didn't question her. As of Friday 7/30, no one had even looked at my truck. This is 5 days later folks! Monday 8/2 rolls around and I get a phone call around 3pm...its Heather! She proceeds to tell me that the super-awesome technician "flashed my computer" (basically just cleared the code) and that took care of the turbo problem. I called BS because I had taken it to River Oaks Ram and they told me the turbo needed to be replaced about 2 weeks before all this. I was told no, this solved the problem... Then comes the fun part! She said that an outside company needed to install the back window and they would be there in a couple days. Needless to say I was livid. They basically had my truck for 8 days and did absolutely nothing. They could have changed the back window in 2-3 days of me dropping it off. All this being said, remember there is a shortage of rental vehicles, so I am driving around a beater 2017 dodge truck that smelled of rotten milk and peanuts for $175/day x 10 days = $1,750. The ending to this story is very fitting; I had to rent the truck from Legacy Ford about 1/2 mile down 59, so when I returned it I needed an Uber back to my truck at Finnegan Dodge. The Uber terrorist pulls up and asks where my mask is? I explain that I had rode in an Uber a week ago without a mask. He rolled up the window and rolled away. My final prize was a nice 1/2 mile walk down the feeder road of US-59 to reflect on all of the above. P.S. Get a phone call about 2 hrs later from Enterprise rent a car. We had transported our labrador "Booski" which left some dog hair on the floor. Bonus...$150 detailing fee on top of the rental charge. I know there are problems at every dealer service joint, but the lack of effort, know-how, and competency at Finnegan Dodge is incredible. Maybe it was just Heather? She doesn't even show up as an option to pick below? More
Great communication. No pressure tactics. Daniel Ruggles made the purchase process quick and easy. Recommend giving Finnegan a shot when looking for your next car. made the purchase process quick and easy. Recommend giving Finnegan a shot when looking for your next car. More
