Had an appointment for 10am for an oil change. It too 3 hours. No update from the staff, except to say " we are busy". Never using that service department again. hours. No update from the staff, except to say " we are busy". Never using that service department again. More

Made Appt., showed up for oil chg. & tire rotate/repair and 4 hrs later had car back. Next morning "repaired" tire was @ 22psi. Brought car back for repair again. Got car back and tire lubricant all over t and 4 hrs later had car back. Next morning "repaired" tire was @ 22psi. Brought car back for repair again. Got car back and tire lubricant all over tire, wheel and on floor mat. Very poor craftsmanship as well as this "scheduled" work should never have taken 4 hrs and then to have to bring the vehicle back for a botched repair where my car was left a mess? Ridiculous! More
