Was the worst service experience out of the 10 years of owning my Jeep Rubicon. Even though I have a lifetime Mopar warranty, the Jeep sat in the back for two months even though I told them it overheats an owning my Jeep Rubicon. When they claim they fixed it new thermostat and a new fan. I picked it up and it overheated that same day. I had to take it back then they assured me that there’s nothing wrong. Worst Dealership in the country these people are trash at the body shop and service and Jeff Davis is pathetic how can you take a vehicle somewhere 3 time and they still can't fix it but you was happy to cha the body shop and service and Jeff Davis is pathetic how can you take a vehicle somewhere 3 time and they still can't fix it but you was happy to charge $4000 to the insurance but done faulty work but I called Stellantis and they sent me to Gillman Dodge and they fix it the first time and Stellantis charged that extra $1100 back to Finnegan Dodge in Rosenberg Tx so please Beware of these crooks they dirty and low down and yes I'm the same guy that financed that $104,000 truck from there but you want to mistreat the customer because all you had to do was fix my wife jeep right the first time these people are ridiculous More
I've been a customer since 2020 and the service has taken a nose dive. Couldn't get a straight answer about the cost and what was the issue CEL. What's worse is they parked my car outside in the clear view - a car that is one of the most highly stolen vehicle in the nation. Overall they have gotten sloppy with service and communication. If you own a Mopar, go somewhere else. More
Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this specific dealership. I was asked if I wanted a multi-point inspection(for free), replied yes, and never even received it. They moved items on the inside of my car (that were not in their way at all) and didn’t even bother putting them back where they were. I addressed it and received a shrug from the associate as if I wasn’t speaking English. This dealership is sub-par if you ask me. If it weren’t for proximity, I wouldn’t give them another dime. More
