We purchased a 2023 Grand Cherokee Summit from Finnegan in Rosenberg in November 2022. The entire experience was pleasant. We felt that they listened to what we wanted and were fair in pricing. The service department customer service reps and follow up is lacking big time. I had a vehicle in there for 3 days and had to call for updates every step of the way! Yeah n addition the person answering t up is lacking big time. I had a vehicle in there for 3 days and had to call for updates every step of the way! Yeah n addition the person answering the phone later in the day had zero customer service skills. There was a lady by the name of Sylvia and she was the only one that was somewhat professional when answering the phone to transfer me to service department. Several others not so much. And again, over the course of three days I had to call a lot, due to no follow up calls despite my service coordinator telling me each time they would call me with an update in several hours, or first thing in the morning. Never happened. More
