I continued to speak to them online the following day and John the sales manager replied since Tom was off. We got the number we were happy with and went in to hopefully purchase our new vehicle. We were paired with Ryan Kayser and he was amazing!. Very informative and very relaxed. He walked us through features of the vehicle and the finance process. It was by far the most relaxing car buying experience I have had. Even the finance department (sorry I forgot his name) was so friendly and relaxed. We walked out with our new Tiguan in a few hours and it honestly didn't feel like we were there that long. Everyone in the building was extremely friendly. More
