I had the 90K maintenance done. I was told I needed a new battery, and showed me the printout of the battery reading. It didn’t seem right because I just bought a new battery less than a year ago. So I went to place place where I bought it, they did a diagnostic test on it twice and it was perfectly fine, they even did the second test in front of me. When I had my 60k maintenance done at Findlay, I was told I needed my brakes done. Yet I took it somewhere else, and they said they just needed to be cleaned and adjusted, which they did for me. I never replaced the brakes. So when I took my car for the 90k maintenance, it wasn’t mentioned I needed brakes anymore… More

Had to wait 5 minutes for service advisor, but it was 12:00 noon lunch hour. Everything went smoothly after that, including complementary car wash. Service advisor contacted Lyft and we were able to eat lunch at Panera while car was being serviced. Lyft picked us up when we were done, and the car was ready. All in all a very good experience. More
