It took Findlay 22 days to make a simple repair to my RAV4 liftgate. After a week waiting for parts to come in they dropped the ball and forgot about the car for 2 weeks. On the evening of Wednesday, June 15th, my catalytic converter from my 2022 Tundra Platinum (pulling our Sea-Doo) was stolen when I was parked at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas parking garage. Living in San Diego, we've used this hotel before as a stopover for houseboat trips on Powell and Mead without mishaps. This time, someone bit me. I was stranded with the rest of the caravan of people moving onward. I started making calls and it seemed as we may have completely lost our vacation. Shoutout to these guys at Findlay! Especially, Will in service and Jesse in parts. These guys found a replacement cat in LA and was able to get it shipped with the necessary gaskets to be received Saturday morning. They had the cat installed and I was on my way by 11:30AM Saturday. Just a quick little note about Will. During my difficult time of explaining to my kids about a lost vacation, Will noticed how frazzled and stressed this situation put me in. Will talked to me as a friend, not a service advisor and calmed me down. He also was able to get us a loaner car when earlier, he mentioned none were available. He made this difficult experience manageable, and I can't thank him enough. In talking to my insurance, she was amazed they were able to get me back on the road so quickly. In these times where cats are stolen like they are, inventory is scarce. I guess we just got lucky but without the sense of urgency from these guys at Findlay, who knows how long I would have been stuck. Thanks again to the entire team! More
So normally I’m very happy with the service I have received in the past. I don’t usually have the car washed during service. But, this time I did. I had also asked Thomas if they could Vacuum the interior and floors. As I am going on a trip. When I got the car it hadn’t been vacuumed at all so I sent it back to be done. When I arrived at home I noticed that they only did the front floors and seats. The back hadn’t been done. I sent it back once and can’t believe they still did it half assed. If I didn’t have a service contract I would not be returning for service. Very poor customer service this last time. Although Thomas was Great More

With their concierge service for home to home pickup and dropoff and constant communications I have been relaxed with the knowledge of being cared for as a valued consumer. I have not had this level of quality care in a very long time. Not a single issue with any phase of working with this dealership. I am very satisfied with my Corolla performance, comfort, safety and style. ZERO recalls also and how many vehicles can say that now with all the problems cropping up industry wide? I highly recommend this dealership and the Corolla XSE Hatchback! (With 6 speed manual transmission!) More
