Xavier Walker is awesome and gives great service every time! Ever since I first met him when I had an emergency visit without an appointment, he made sure that they would check the problem and let me know time! I had my 2021 Prius serviced (40k routine maintenance), and the technician inadvertently didn’t secure the oil cap or cover properly, and the result was that the next morning there was a large pool of oil and the technician inadvertently didn’t secure the oil cap or cover properly, and the result was that the next morning there was a large pool of oil in my garage and oil drip stains on my driveway. You might think this would lead to a negative review, but as the saying goes, “xxxx happens,” and it’s how a dealership deals with it that separates the ones that earn your business and the ones that don’t. My service rep, Steve, made sure I was seen immediately upon my arrival that following morning, had multiple mechanics and managers assessing what the situation was, rectified it and had me out of there in less than an hour. Additionally, without being prompted, he arranged for Mike, their oil stain specialist, to contact me, which he did the following morning, and by 10:30 am, less than 24 hours after the problem was discovered, Mike was at our house, diligently treating the stained concrete and scrubbing the areas for over three hours, until the stains were gone. That’s what customer service is all about. That’s why this dealership gets 5 stars from me, and why I recommend them. More
