We've had our 2023 camry for less than a year and just had our second maintenance service on December 26. We also had an issue with the check engine light. While the service and staff are great, we were had our second maintenance service on December 26. We also had an issue with the check engine light. While the service and staff are great, we were there for over 6 hours! The company does not offer a loaner so people can get other stuff done while waiting. There is no microwave for the cold burritos, cheeseburgers, etc., that they sell. We had a 2 hour drive home and our car still wasn't repaired and we have to return again to complete the job. After the work is done , we will have a minimum of 15 hours invested in this scheduled maintenance. We are not looking forward to spending another full day at Findlay Toyota with no loaner and no meals. At least they could place a microwave in their food court. We are 82 and 70, sitting around hungry is not our idea of using our time wisely. Overall, we still are happy with the service and courtesy of Findlay Toyota. More

This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I went for an oil change and Kai was super helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was out of there in 40 minutes. He did have some recomme a dealership. I went for an oil change and Kai was super helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was out of there in 40 minutes. He did have some recommendations that I should have serviced, but I was really in a hurry that day so he wasn’t pushy, and I didn’t feel like he made up a bunch of stuff that needed to be fixed that really didn’t. I always feel like I’m being scammed or taken advantage of when I go to the dealer and I didn’t feel that way at all at this location. More
