Had good service until the last time i was there on Monday 3/25/24. I told service advisor I was waiting for truck. It was getting an oil change. Checked in at about 8:15. Promise time was 9:30. Kai Spencer told me it was done an hour ago. Said he sent 4 messages. But he sent them to wrong number. Don’t know where he got the number from. Because all the paperwork had the right number. After the fourth unanswered message why didn’t he come. In waiting room where l him I would be. Guess he was to lazy to walk a few feet More

Chad Scott the service writer was very helpful. Very professional. I have to say I am irritated at the price of my spark plugs $503.00. I was expecting to pay a total of $500 instead, $500 was a Very professional. I have to say I am irritated at the price of my spark plugs $503.00. If you have a Venza, (of course it is the only model that they laid out the engine so that they have to pull out half of it to replace the spark plugs) expect that at 90K miles. I bought a new Camry SE in November 2003 (a 2004) at Findlay Toyota. My wife loved the car, but let me drive it sometimes. My son is still driving it and she has an Avalon. I still use my mom's (RIP) 20 Findlay Toyota. My wife loved the car, but let me drive it sometimes. My son is still driving it and she has an Avalon. I still use my mom's (RIP) 2000 Camry for economy around town so I don't have to drive my pickup. My advise, get a Toyota and get it serviced at Findlay. Zach will take care you. More
Gerard was very helpful and informed me of all the work that would be done regarding my 20000 maintenance. He also explained to me that my suv has a recall which they didn't have the part in, but will noti that would be done regarding my 20000 maintenance.
