Service writer department lacks listening skills. Went for oil change and new light bulb. Service guy suggested tire rotation. Just checking boxes on a list trying to get repairs higher so they can make more commissions. Everyone is very professional. But Service needs some customer service training. More

They were done before the time estimated, which was very much appreciated since I was waiting. I appreciate the new procedure of being able to go straight to my van instead of having to go to the checkout much appreciated since I was waiting.
