He takes time to make sure everything is done correctly and the customer is happy. Jeff has previously on another deal come to our home to pick up the trade in because of our time constraints. Literally showing me how to operate everything in the dark at 10pm in my driveway. On top of this he called me the next day and checked how I was doing. This guy is a special kind of salesman. The best experience I ever had I came in there with a bit of a chip on my shoulder. That’s when I ran into Laddie. He promised me that he wouldn’t hustle me or give me a hard time I came in there with a bit of a chip on my shoulder. That’s when I ran into Laddie. He promised me that he wouldn’t hustle me or give me a hard time or give me any pressure in the back of my mind I’m thinking his is just another salesman . Boy was I wrong. Turns out this has been the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Laddie will do whatever it takes to help you out. Not only will they work with you but this man has a kind heart and understands your wants and needs and is willing to work with you. It was an incredible experience I can’t wait to buy my next vehicle at Findlay Toyota. The commercials are cheesy but good because they speak the truth they will do anything to sell you a cooler. Because they did there was no hustle no Bossell I told him where I wanted to be I told him when I could afford and they got me .
