I bought from them before and now I regret it. I am in the market for a new RAV4 and went to Findlay to get a good deal. We went back to the same salesman and explained our needs. We drove a couple I am in the market for a new RAV4 and went to Findlay to get a good deal. We went back to the same salesman and explained our needs. We drove a couple different vehicles and stated we wanted the best price for our new purchase. We were quoted 32000. We went to two different dealerships with the same needs and were quoted 3 grand less. When we contacted "David" a manager, he said compare apple to apples and blew us off. They treated us like a number and gave no incentive to buy at Findlay. The motto "we'll do anything to sell you a car" is completely false. All we wanted was a fair deal More

Firstly I have to shine a big light on our sales rep Joe, he provided my fiancé and I with first class service from the moment we consulted over the phone and meeting in person, Joe was efficient and easy to work with. Joe invited us to come into the dealership and promised he would not waste our time...sure enough he stuck to his promise and was very prompt with all steps of the purchase. We could not of asked for working with any better of a sales rep!! Another thing we noticed is the cleanliness of the actual dealership and the comfortable water and snacks it was very pleasant and comfortable unlike their competitors in the area. We also would like to give a big acknowledgment to our financial advisor Kirk he was also very efficient, helpful, prompt and took the time to answer all of our questions fully. Bad experience Was lied to about price of car, tried to over charge me 2000 dollars more than listed price. Then he tried to make me pay for damage to the vehicle they said they would fix no charge. On top of that i never took possession of car and the manager said he would refund me my down payment on a certain day and failed to do so. Very disappointed, won’t be going here again. More

I actually had an appt. to go to Centennial but my husband wanted to stop at your facility before we continued on. Needless to say, we never left until our 2018 Toyota Tacoma was in possession. Our son is the happiest 16 year old ever with the nicest ride any kid could have for a first vehicle. Joseph Walker worked his butt off for us. He promised he’d deliver and give us what we were looking for, and he certainly did! We will be coming back to make another purchase hopefully later this year from him!
