CS is great friendly, however once you past that the work behind the scenes leaves little to be more accountable for ! For instance My 2019 Tundra 1794 had a passenger seat issue and 3 times it was taken to behind the scenes leaves little to be more accountable for ! For instance My 2019 Tundra 1794 had a passenger seat issue and 3 times it was taken to dealer to repair was run around until they ( I thought) finally fix it..then warranty ran out same issue 3 times in shop and half assed now same issue and I have to pay??? Plus dont expect a car wash Taken my truck there for 4 year for all the service under Toyota Care and never once did they run it through a wash( I wasn't expecting a detail but xxxx you tell you do it never happens? More
Toyota Care is not a good value and is represented poorly at the time of sale. They claim the 5,000 and 10,000 mile services are free when in fact you have to pay at 10,000 for the dealership to balance and at the time of sale. They claim the 5,000 and 10,000 mile services are free when in fact you have to pay at 10,000 for the dealership to balance and align your tires after rotation. In addition the dealership tries to up sell you with your air cabin filter needs to be changed. They didn’t even inspect it because the glove box was undisturbed and when I inspected the cabin filter it was clean. How disappointing and dishonest. Lastly one of the tires is missing an air valve cap. Sloppy work and technician doesn’t care. Overall I give this service experience a D. More
