Matt Stanley has an ease of communication that always makes for a pleasant experience. He is always A+ and straightforward. Even the valet attendant mentioned that Matt's the best! I have read the explanation on the invoice and it sounds like an excuse not to invest in a solution. How about installing a car wash that recycles water?
