No customer loyalty After buying many cars at this dealership I discovered the deals were only fair to poor and trade in appraisals were on the low side. You may wonder t After buying many cars at this dealership I discovered the deals were only fair to poor and trade in appraisals were on the low side. You may wonder that if this is the case ,why did I buy/lease so many cars from this dealership? I made the mistake of trusting them. When I finally bothered to shop their deals and trade in amount offered I found that I could do better at their competitors. When I approached them with my concerns they did not even respond to me. Customer loyalty, no way ,VALUE ME AS A MANY TIME BUYER?not here. I also had many problems at the service dept. which I will not go in to now. My advice, shop around and do not be fooled by a commissioned sales agent. More
No integrity and zero customer respect Every negative thing you have heard about car dealerships, you will encounter at Findlay Toyota of Henderson. I do have to start out by saying that Every negative thing you have heard about car dealerships, you will encounter at Findlay Toyota of Henderson. I do have to start out by saying that this is partially my fault for not printing out the offer and description of the vehicle before going in. But this dealer, Findlay Toyota has NO integrity and ZERO respect for their customers!!! The unit had just come out of the shop for inspection, so it hadn't been detailed and there was no window sticker yet. . They started negotiating at $26K even though they had listed a price of $25K. (I found that out when I got home) Immediately jacked up the price by a grand since there was no tag in the window. Ad said it was certified. They pulled the certification out during negations. I made one request in the whole deal. Clean the mud off the frame. It was caked in mud. No problem said the sales manager. I will leave them a note to make sure it's completed. I go back Monday, asked the sales manager if they had cleaned the mud off. His response, I sure hope so. Go to the vehicle, take a look underneath. You guessed it. Caked in mud. They hadn't touched the outside except for the quicky wash they did on Friday. Water spots everywhere. Bird crap on the windshield. At least they got most of the dog fur out. Could not get out of that place fast enough. I hate the fact that I dealt with this dealership. I hate they they have no integrity, no respect for their customers. And I hate that I allowed myself to be manipulated by Findlay Toyota. More

The nex My experience here was one of the worst. At first I thought it was to good to be true I signed the papers and off I went with a brand new car. The next day I get a call and saying my great deal was off and I had to resign to keep the car. I was lied to mislead and screwed over by findlay toyota of Henderson. While I have a new car it is shadowed with my negative experience. My happy occasion is ruined. It is to late for me but please read these reviews. Stop go elsewhere. ... someone will do it better. Horrible Experience I'm so disappointed in my experience at Findlay Toyota. I went there three times and interacted with some internet sales people. The first time I visi I'm so disappointed in my experience at Findlay Toyota. I went there three times and interacted with some internet sales people. The first time I visited the dealership, it wasn't bad. After the first time though, every experience and interaction got worse. They continually showed me cars that I didn't want because it just seemed that they didn't want to admit they didn't have what I wanted. They lied (or did not know anything about their own cars) about a question I had asked four sales people - once again, this seemed to be just to sell me any car they could. And when it came time to get my $500 fully refundable deposit back (which was used to hold a car I thought was what I wanted - but after seeing it, I knew it wasn't what I wanted), I had to contact the dealership (multiple people and methods) 11 times before I could get someone to call me back. I was told I had to go to the dealership to get the money, but when I arrived, I was berated in the middle of the dealership for not buying their car. It was the WORST dealership experience I've ever had and this would have been my fifth car. I could not believe the treatment I was receiving. And even after that, they said they would process my return the next day and then it took five more days to be refunded. I do not trust this dealership and believe they would outright lie to someone to sell a car. Horrible experience. More
Terrible experience Having purchased over 10 cars, mostly new, in my my lifetime, I am not naive about how to proceed in a car dealership. My experience was horrific, and Having purchased over 10 cars, mostly new, in my my lifetime, I am not naive about how to proceed in a car dealership. My experience was horrific, and I don't use that word lightly. WE spent 3 hours at the dealership after putting a $5000,00 deposit down on a Saturday. Over the weekend we received word that our son, who is very independent needed our help. We decided to fly out on the following Tuesday and called the dealership Monday morning to inform them that we would be leaving town and wanted to clear up our problem with our son before moving ahead with the purchase of the Avalon we had picked out. Spoke with the manager and he said no problem come on in and we will straighten out the problem and return our deposit. We were very distraught over our son's dilemma and pleased that Findlay Toyota was understanding. We drove to the dealership and spent the next 3 hours (yes 3 hours) resisting the hardest sales pitch I have ever experienced. Finally we were told that they could not give us back our deposit over some problem with our credit card company who was refusing to credit our account because we had disputed the charge. We called our credit card company at that point. . The credit card company said that there was no dispute because the charge had not even been posted yet. Finally the Dealership manager after bring caught in a second lie agreed to issue a credit. The first lie telling us how he understood our problem and would give us our deposit back if we came down to the dealership. Dardenne Tiffany More

When I arrived at the dealership my GF and I had separate vehicies. Two salesman were at my door before I got out with one more in the back of my truck and one at my GF's door. I told them I was looking ar vehicies. Two salesman were at my door before I got out with one more in the back of my truck and one at my GF's door. I told them I was looking around and would let them know if I need help. Everywhere I went one or more followed us. No communication between salesman either. I went in today and signed paperwork to buy a Scion tomorrow. I logged in my PC a few minutes ago and your internet salesman emails me asking me when I am going to put a deposit down on my car as it will arrrive next week! The car is already here and I have placed an offer on it!! Between these instances and the relentless phone calls I am taking my sale elsewhere. ON a good not Ron Salter is a PERFECT GENTLEMAN and I feel bad for letting him down but I must go where the price is cheapest and your competitor is beating the trade in for my truck by one thousand dollars so to me its a no brainer. Please hire more laid back salesman like Ron, your business will be better. This coming from someone that knows customer service. More
Went to Findlay Toyota on 1/2/13 looking to get a new car. Ended up getting a 2013 corolla for a good price with 0% interest. Everything seemed great. After I thought the deal was done I kept getting car. Ended up getting a 2013 corolla for a good price with 0% interest. Everything seemed great. After I thought the deal was done I kept getting calls from them asking for a cosigner even though my credit is good (700+). Everytime I asked them for my green slip they kept saying, "Oh just a few more days don't worry about it." When day 30 comes I still have no green slip and have not been approved for the loan. I go down there and ask them to cancel the deal and magically they come back with my green slip. I hoped this would be the end. Sadly, it was not. I schedule an appointment to go in the next Wednesday at 2 PM to get LoJack installed. I drop the car off and go to get lunch while they install it. 10 minutes after I left they call me and say they can't get me in that day and I would have to reschedule for next week. I explain to them I would be on vacation next week and they say well I guess you'll have to wait two weeks then. I go back to complain to the service manager and they make me wait 30 minutes and then tell me there is nothing they can do. I had to make a scene and have John Barr tell them to do it. Took 4 hours for a 30 minute job. Two months later, I return and tell them I am not satisfied with the corolla and I would like to trade it in and get an FR-S. They tell me to come back when I have $5000 to put down and they will make it happen no problem. I get my $5000 together in 2 weeks and return to the dealership. When I go back in to buy the car they make me wait for 2 hours and then tell me I would need an additional $4000 to get the deal done. They did not even submit the info to the bank or anything. Additionally, the salesman I was working with ("John D") seemed like he did not care at all and smelled like marijuana after he came back from whatever it was he was doing. I can easily say this place has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have lost my business for life. I cannot believe the lies and shady people that I had to deal with.
