Very offensive. When I asked about some figures in the Bill of Sale before going to finance for the official loan docs, he told me, "It was never that price." When in actuality, I was just confirming the Bill of Sale before going to finance for the official loan docs, he told me, "It was never that price." During negotiations, I said, "I know you can take that off (dealer accessory charges), and Michael responded, "You don't know anything." I get it. I'm trying to get the best price and so is the dealer (from their point of view). But no need to be offensive and disrespectful. If I go back to Findlay, I refuse to deal with Michael Rodriguez.
