She took me for a test drive and helped me to decide on what kind of vehicle that I wanted. Beatrix and Kris Yanuk (finance manager) came up with a deal that worked for me. Every department and every aspect of Toyota has really been a pleasant surprise. The service department is very helpful. The registration department is helping me get my tags so that I don't have to go to the DMV. The team members who answered the roadside assistance number had all my information available attached to my vin number and sounds like it is really quick response time and easy to use if I need it. Also, the service is available at any dealership in the country. The online app to make payments is straightforward and gives you all the information on your deal including payoff amount. The truck I financed is awesome. It gives me peace of mind to be a part of the Toyota family! More
