Perfect buying experience This experience couldn’t have been any easier! We just came back from vacation and our Lexus we use for a daily commuter started to have some issues. This experience couldn’t have been any easier! We just came back from vacation and our Lexus we use for a daily commuter started to have some issues. We knew it was time for a new car. I told my girlfriend to come down to Findlay Toyota and see John Estrella to test the new Camry. She fell in love on the test drive! John and James Cobbs worked on the numbers for us. Everything worked! She got her panoramic sunroof and all the options! There was only one problem, the car was in Utah! They gave a rental car. The next morning John and Kaitlyn drove up to Utah to pick it up for us! Once the car was detailed and ready John spent nearly an hour going over all the features and setting the car up with Maria! Seriously love this car already, and could not be happier with our experience with John Estrella and Findlay Toyota! More

Once a deal is agreed to we come to the dealership to make the purchase. Two other dealers said they ageed to our offer, but when we showed up, they wanted anywhere from 500. to 3,000 more. Findlay accepted our offer and did not play any "dealership" games! Everyone was friendly and professional without being "pushy". Would definitely deal with them again and highly recommend to all! More
