I found the truck online. I contacted the dealer and Michael Rodriguez and JP Martorana were assigned to assist me. They made the deal happen. I was not particularly impressed with either one of them. JP got in the truck with me for a short test drive and immediately turned on the heated seats. 10 seconds later he was putting the window down saying it was so hot. He was just trying to show me the truck had heated seats. I had to laugh. Michael told me they would send me some floor mats because they didn't have any for this truck at the moment. He has not answered any texts or emails or phone calls and of course the mats were never sent. I'm not very impressed. More

Moises is very knowledgeable, approachable, funny, and helpful. I enjoyed working with him getting my 2005 Tacoma serviced. Moises provided prompt updates, and personal care. Suggestions for service at 75k miles were each explained and priced. Thanks, Moises! In addition, the whole Findlay Toyota Team is great. Walking around the dealership, I am always greeted and acknowledged...there is always a smile on each face! I see the same employees, with some new faces now and then. The dealership is comfortable, with many amenities. So far, my 2005 Tacoma has always been serviced at a Toyota facility. I might pay a little more for this excellent service, but that decision has never been in question. Also, my Tacoma has been, by far, the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned. So dealership visits have been kept to a minimum anyway. Thanks everyone at Toyota! If I ever need another vehicle, I'll be back! More
