Charles Thrash is a gem of a man. If everything else (getting my check timely) was handled as smoothly as my dealing with Charles, I would have given 5 stars. Eric always returned my calls, which is not something always done at dealerships. Gay Otey ultimately saved the day for me when I spoke her on the 12th day. Once she got in the loop I had my check the same day. She was wonderful. It should not, however, have taken 12 days and five calls to get to that point. Thank you. More

Service on my 2018 Toyota I have bought or leased about 4 cars from your dealership. The last time my car was serviced in July I showed the technician the damage to the passen I have bought or leased about 4 cars from your dealership. The last time my car was serviced in July I showed the technician the damage to the passenger door. I said every car that I have leased or bought from your dealership has ended up with the same damage to the passenger side of the vehicle. When I pointed out this to the tech he said well maybe it's the way you park! Since the damage is on the passenger side of the vehicle I would have had to hit my husband's truck when I parked the vehicle. This tech was rude to suggest that I caused the damage myself. More

The way buying a car should be I walked into Findlay Toyota thinking the process was going to take forever. I was amazed that I was in and out in less than 2 hours, and that include I walked into Findlay Toyota thinking the process was going to take forever. I was amazed that I was in and out in less than 2 hours, and that includes signing all of the paperwork. Tommy was never “pushy” and answered my questions openly and honestly. TJ, the finance guy, was quick and personable. He also wasn’t pushy with extra options, if I said “no”, he moved on. The car that I purchased was still on the truck when I bought it and I was given a 5 day range of when it could be here. I expected to only hear back when my car arrived, but Tommy texted me each day to give me an update. The whole experience was what I hope ALL of my future car buying experiences will be. More

Scheduled for service the following weekend my vehicle unfortunately did not make it. 3 days after scheduling my service appointment my vehicle overheated. Toyota towed the vehicle to their shop and it has been there for nearly 1 month. They said it has a damaged cylinder and a blown head gasket. This is very unacceptable since they claim to run their vehicles thru several inspections to ensure their vehicles are road worthy which I now know this is false. I only drove my vehicle for 3 days and the rest of the month it's been in the shop getting "fixed" More
