Not what I expected from Toyota My wife had her Highlander serviced and did not get what she paid for. Her oil was filled above the fill line. I went and spoke to the Service Man My wife had her Highlander serviced and did not get what she paid for. Her oil was filled above the fill line. I went and spoke to the Service Manager Coty Dehnert who had a technician come out to our place to check the oil level. The Toyota Certified Technician verified it was over filled. As well as filled all 4 tires due to being under filled. I guess they just say they check your tire pressure when you pay for this service. I’m not trying to tell you to stay away. That’s completely up to you. I’m only telling you what happened to us. There are other Toyota Dealers in this town. I was given a full refund. No apology no obvious effort to make the situation right. More

Incredible Service It is my absolute pleasure to write this review of one of the most satisfying car shopping experiences my husband and I have ever encountered. Not bec It is my absolute pleasure to write this review of one of the most satisfying car shopping experiences my husband and I have ever encountered. Not because it was “easy” but because it was handled by a sales associate named Tommy Win who genuinely cared about ensuring we ended up with the vehicle we wanted at the payments we could afford. He never once pressured us no matter how long we took to decide. Instead, he continued to ask probing questions to guide us which is exactly what earned my trust. Week after week, Tommy sent me a list of trucks that fit my specifications and we’d work out the figures until I finally decided on what I felt comfortable with. At that point, I had Tommy draw up the papers so that my time in the office would be minimal. I literally spent 15 minutes in the office and it was done! This type of integrity, service and excellence is so rare these days. In an industry rife with sales people who care only about the bottom line, I am so fortunate to have met this young man and I truly hope that more people get to experience his services. Thank you so much Findlay Toyota for sales people like Tommy who care about making customers become LOYAL customers. Great job Tommy, we love our Tacoma! More

When I told him I would call his GM, he texted yet again and told me to make sure I was I told the GM he was doing his job. What job? Pissing off a customer? Interrupting my dinner? I've had nothing but horrendous experiences with this dealership over the past five years. More
