I'm trying to get the best price and so is the dealer (from their point of view). But no need to be offensive and disrespectful. If I go back to Findlay, I refuse to deal with Michael Rodriguez. I should have listened to him since the beginning lol. Andrew is 100% real, respectable and wont waste your time trying to insist a maintenance package not even required for your car. I have gone through 3 service reps in Findlay and they all give the same speech, up sell maintenance you dont even need, lie to you about what is needed to get but to find out it wasn't needed at all but because they wanted to make extra cash from you. Andrew Wilhems isn't like the 3 service reps Ive gone through. Im sure you're reading this to find a Service Rep. So ask for him and he will take care of you More
