Had to wait 5 minutes for service advisor, but it was 12:00 noon lunch hour. Everything went smoothly after that, including complementary car wash. Service advisor contacted Lyft and we were able to ea 12:00 noon lunch hour. Everything went smoothly after that, including complementary car wash. Service advisor contacted Lyft and we were able to eat lunch at Panera while car was being serviced. Lyft picked us up when we were done, and the car was ready. All in all a very good experience. Findlay Toyota has treated me very well so far since 2012. There is only a worry I have with my now 4 year old Yaris AI. Often, the ignition button does not start the engine.
