There is no navigation app on it, although I signed up for one year’s worth of service. The Entune Toyota app will not allow me or my wife to register so we could program the multimedia ourself. Very frustrating. When we bought a Hyundai in 2014 they walked us through everything, registered and programmed it in front of us. At Toyota, we felt that once we got the keys and they got their money the “I’ll do whatever it takes to sell you a car” only lasts until they get their money. More

During my car purchasing experience, Tommy continued to provide the excellent customer service like none other! He would go the extra mile that none of the other car salesman would. For example, in a 115F day, he crawled underneath my wife's old Tacoma just to take off the side runner board and installed them to her new truck! When we accidentally left some belongings in our trade-in vehicle, he was willing to stay 45mins passed his shift just to wait for us to get back there and search the entire vehicle with us! After that, I was thinking it might be my turn to purchase a new vehicle, so I went to bombarded Tommy with tons of questions again. Unlike Centennial Toyota, where the car salesman there would ask you "Are you willing to take the vehicle home today?" in between every other answers. Tommy went back and forth from our table to the computer at least 15 times just to entertain my curiosity. Never did he feed me with BS just to rush me out the door because I didn't seem like a serious buyer. So guess what? I ended up purchased a vehicle today with him! Needless to day, his service was superb throughout the whole experience and he was nice enough to even throw in some extra goodies for my vehicle! If you need a car regardless if it's a Toyota or not, you NEED to go to Findlay Toyota and get to know Tommy Win! I guarantee you will not regret about it! (P.S. The finance person I worked with was wonderful as well. I am sorry I didn't catch his name...) More

We had the best experience. We were traveling from Colorado when the warning lights came on. We were back on the road in less than an hour and a half. We were treated respectfully and with kindness. We recommend Findlay to anyone needing automotive assistance! More
