Way too long and too many mistakes. A simple oil change turned into a four day ordeal. Only thing I wanted done was the capacity of the battery pak checked and they told me they couldn't do that. My last two tanks have given me terrible gas mileage. Also, the technician left the Prius in service mode which meant the motor would not stop running when i stopped--had to immediately take car back to Findlay where the service advisor took the car out of the service mode. Also, on the inspection results it mentioned that I needed the tires balanced and a wheel alignment of which I needed either. And i am asked, would I recommend another person to Findlay--why would I!! More
