I got the usual great service that Findlay Toyota provides. And this time, I used the Valet service, where they pick up and drop off your vehicle at your preference, which was at my place of employme provides. I've been in the market for a new vehicle within the last year and while we all know it has been difficult to car shop due to the economic status and supply issues, Findlay Toyota had the best customer servi year and while we all know it has been difficult to car shop due to the economic status and supply issues, Findlay Toyota had the best customer service to date with the entire car buying process. I worked with David Smith from start to finish. I ordered a brand new 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross and was fortunate enough to experience no delays in the assembly and shipping process. My new car arrived as expected. Findlay Toyota listened to my needs and gave me what I wanted exactly for my trade-in and finance options. Looks like everything I asked for was done, most of which were fluid exchanges added to a basic service. So I have to say that they did exactly what I requested at the price agreed on. The stuff they recommended I have done were things I already knew about so they weren't trying to unfairly upcharge me. YMMV, but I think that except for the inflated labor charges that all dealers hit you with, they are at least honest about what they do. More

The service department was friendly but I was not told anything about how the service went, what was done or if there were any issues. When I picked up my car I was just told to go to the cashier and pick anything about how the service went, what was done or if there were any issues. When I picked up my car I was just told to go to the cashier and pick up my keys. My car is a 2019 so I am not really worried about issues but it would be nice to know what was done. Also, when doing this review I looked at your inventory on line because I am thinking about trading my car in for a new one. I was disappointed to see "call for price" on your vehicles. This just made me suspicious about your tactics and made me decide to check out other dealers. More
