I put my car for maintenance service. They called me for pick up, they had lost my car key and the papers. The mistake is acceptable but the way that they treated me was awkward! They didn’t even try to give me the reassurance! The advisor Moises, was just walking around and wasting my time.I had to follow him ridiculously to get a response but nobody was caring! Never have an issue with the Findlay Toyota Service department. They always have the best staff who are helpful. Brought my car in for malfunctioning trunk lock and dead battery and car was repaired wi department. They always have the best staff who are helpful.
