Service writer department lacks listening skills. Went for oil change and new light bulb. Service guy suggested tire rotation. Declined as tires were new (less than 150 miles). 2 hours later he text Went for oil change and new light bulb. Service guy suggested tire rotation. Declined as tires were new (less than 150 miles). 2 hours later he texts me and says they recommend tire balancing. Lazy attitude. Just checking boxes on a list trying to get repairs higher so they can make more commissions. Everyone is very professional. But Service needs some customer service training. More
