The dealership needs a comfortable place to wait. The obnoxiously loud surroundings and uncomfortable furniture make it unbearable to sit inside. I chose to sit in the cold on. Their service center is top notch. I see my service advisor Phill Crabtree every 5K miles like clockwork and he helps me keep my ‘18 Camry Hybrid shipshape.
