I had my Prius Prime in back in August for a tire repair. I brought my letter for second smart key to be ordered. Javier in service was our service technician and he said he'd order it and call when it cam I brought my letter for second smart key to be ordered. I called last week, 6 weeks since my appt and spoke with Javier, since he never called me to let me know if it came in. He said "yes we have them can you bring it in next Tuesday?" I said yes, and today we went in to get our second smart key programmed. After waiting in lobby for 45 minutes he calls me, doesn't come out to find me in his lobby, to tell me he has bad news, they don't have the correct smart key for my Prius Prime. I questioned why he told me they did last week when I called and he scheduled an appt for me? He said "well they must of had one then". So I asked him why it was not put aside for my appt then? He said he's not sure. Are you kidding me? So I rearranged my schedule to come in today for a second smart key only to find out they didn't have one for my car? He said he could order one and it would be in in a couple days. So I'm suppose to reschedule a time convenient for them when my smart key comes in, no thank you! I won't be going back to Findlay Toyota in Prescott, AZ unless they find competent service technicians who follow up with their customers like they promise and make sure they have the right parts before scheduling a customer to come in for an appt. They offer free service for the first 2 years or 24000 when you buy a new car from them. With an appointment an oil change took over 4 hours. Again with an appointment a tire rotation service took almost when you buy a new car from them. With an appointment an oil change took over 4 hours. Hoov was awesome So we originally just went to go take our 2004 Avalon in for a recall notice fix. However upon further inspection we received some much feared news. R So we originally just went to go take our 2004 Avalon in for a recall notice fix. However upon further inspection we received some much feared news. Rather than pay the amount that would be required to fix a 15 yr old car, we were introduced to “Hoov”. From the first moment we started working with him we were more than impressed. I didn’t feel like we were even talking to a “sales person” more like conversing with an old friend. The whole day just kinda got away from us, but at no point during our visit did either myself or my wife feel apprehensive. We drove off much later that day with a “new” for us car and never once regretted it. It’s my experience that a “sales person” like him is a rare find. For anyone looking for a new or used car I would say you will never find a salesperson as concerned for your personal experience as those here at Findlay especially Alan Hoover! More

The right choice for me When I arrived at Findlay on April 2, I had no intention of buying a car. I wanted my "old faithful" car fixed. I was having a problem with the clim When I arrived at Findlay on April 2, I had no intention of buying a car. I wanted my "old faithful" car fixed. I was having a problem with the climate controll system, so I thought a dealer would be the place to go. Unfortunately, the fix would have been more expensive than "old faithful" was worth. In great distress, I inquired about a trade-in, and was introduced to Alan Hoover, who at his sales desk, patiently showed me many of the hundreds of new and used cars which might interest me. Gentle questioning brought me to the realization that a low milage, used vehicle might be my right choice. In the end, I found a three-year-old, low-milage lease return of the same make and model as "old faithful"!! I was ecstatic!! They arranged all the financing for me, and about two hours later, I was driving home in my new car. Thank you to all the sales and staff who helped me to "move on." More

Deceptive Practice I travel to Prescott regularly. I discovered Findlay Toyota on my last visit and brought my vehicle on for an oil change. I was satisfied and apprecia I travel to Prescott regularly. I discovered Findlay Toyota on my last visit and brought my vehicle on for an oil change. I was satisfied and appreciated the great service which included a safety inspection at no additional charge with the oil change. While in Prescott in March, I called and made an appointment for an oil change. I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change just before I headed back to San Diego. I was called and agreed to an oil change and was advised I needed air filter. I was told this would be an additional $40.00. My total bill was 102.73. I paid my bill and drove to San Diego. I did not notice until arriving home in San Diego that the bill states “no oil change”. This means I basically paid 102.73 for an air filter . This is very deceptive and now I have to waste my time and money to get an oil change I will not return to Findlay again. More
