Not pressured to buy and very informative I had thought about trading my car in for some time but wasn't sure if it was the right time. After spending time with Alan I decided to go ahead and I had thought about trading my car in for some time but wasn't sure if it was the right time. After spending time with Alan I decided to go ahead and purchase a new car. He never pressured me to make a decision but spent time with me looking at cars and educating me as to different features to help me decide what was right for me. I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge of the different models I looked at. I am very pleased with my selection and love my new car. The ease of up-grading I went in to Findlay for a service appointment and was approached by Alan regarding an up-grade on my 2012 RAV 4. This was not something I was even t I went in to Findlay for a service appointment and was approached by Alan regarding an up-grade on my 2012 RAV 4. This was not something I was even thinking about but after seeing all the changes and options on the new model, I decided to consider it. Alan had me take a test drive and showed me my financing options to lease or purchase. I left the dealership to consider all of this. Alan kept in touch without pressuring me. A month later I decided to trade my 2012 RAV 4 for a new model. I went back to Alan because he had established a customer relationship with me that allowed me to feel comfortable and at ease. He had all the figures ready to discuss a purchase with a trade-in. He was efficient and knowledgeable and was ready to allow me all the time I needed to select my best option for financing. After the paperwork portion he again took time to review the new features and help me set up my phone, contacts and review the navigation system. I would highly recommend Alan and this dealership. Purchasing/trade in/incentives We stopped by to see what Toyota offers the incentives and weigh the options. And we purchased the cat at low rate then we had in previous car. Andrew is great guy who has a knowledge in sign language. That’s which it helps us a lot. It made more easier to bridging the communication between us, the customers and the dealer. It closes the gap. This eliminates the barrier. As per this coummcation situation, Andrew understood what we were looking for the incentives and low rate on what vehicles Toyota offers.
