I had some general ideas of the types of vehicles I wanted to consider. Mr. T took the extra time to show me all the vehicles I wanted to see. He was willing to make any of my selections custom to me, no matter how much time it took. When I did pick the perfect car for me, John Ward explained the financing choices and warranty plans to give me the coverage I needed. Michael Soumokil was excellent in explaining how to use all the electronic features of my new vehicle. I'm not very technology oriented, but with Michael's tutorial I feel comfortable in my new Toyota Camry SE. There were many others behind the scene that helped me too. My new car was detailed beautifully before I drove it off the lot. I felt like a princess among the Findlay team. There were other wonderful perks too! EXCELLENT EVERYTHING! My husband and I dropped by to just test drive a Prius on our way to Prescott Honda to trade in my 2014 Honda CR-V. We were so impressed with the fe My husband and I dropped by to just test drive a Prius on our way to Prescott Honda to trade in my 2014 Honda CR-V. We were so impressed with the features that we wanted to know more. The first person we met with was Lewis Lowe IV who was so personable, professional and such a good listener to our list of needs and preferences that we wanted to learn more and more. When he was unable to locate the car we read about on the website, he asked Doug and found out it was being detailed. So he brought out another Prius which was the perfect color for me and I loved it. Lewis obviously listened to us and followed through along with a great sense of humor! We then met with Doug Shideler, who spent hours working with us on the paperwork as we decided to trade in both of our cars and each buy a 2015 Prius. I had average credit and an existing negative loan with a higher-end car but my husband had excellent credit, no car loan with a lesser-end car value. BUT, between Doug and Mark, they were able to put together 2 separate loans which met all of our requirements perfectly. We drove out that evening in my new Prius and we were just thrilled with its smooth performance, turning radius, brake system, and especially the MPG and that the new loan for me was even better than I could ever expect. And they had educated us so much about the Hybrid features and advantages. My husband,who doesn't like to drive very much any more, is now finding any excuse to go anywhere in his red 2015 Prius (and he previously did not want a red car), that he is even grocery shopping for me! When we returned to pick up the red Prius, Lewis Lowe IV again greeted us with the same professional, personable demeanor and accompanied us to meet with Doug Shideler and Mark Johnson for more information, education, etc.. We are both "in love" with our cars that we even wipe them down as soon as the rain stops! My husband loves his Sirius radio and has already ordered one for me. Best car experience we've both ever had, and between the 2 of us, over the past 50 years, we have purchased over 30 cars. We will never go anywhere else except Findlay Toyota in Prescott, AZ. Terrance Mohr (sales), Mark Johnson (finance), and Rosalie Dominguez (title clerk) were very helpful and professional. I was really impressed with what they offered me for my trade-in. Terrance is very easy going and ensured the truck was held for me while I made the trip from Phoenix. Mark went to bat for me with Toyota Financial bank. Rosalie was efficient in tidying up some details with my license plate/registration a few weeks after the sale.
