Totally Treated in a Rude Manner I went to a Bonanza Blowout they held this last weekend... met with a salesman [the internet manager] Terrance... he showed me a Cadillac … I later de I went to a Bonanza Blowout they held this last weekend... met with a salesman [the internet manager] Terrance... he showed me a Cadillac … I later decided I was interested in it and I called him. It was Saturday afternoon and he said he would be going home soon and asked me to text him the information on my Cadillac trade-in I did right away. I did not hear from him by Monday afternoon so I decided to call and he did not answer so I left a message. He still did not return the call... so late afternoon I called Mr. Hinshaw who I understand is the used car manager... and I left him a message that I was perhaps interested in purchasing the used Cadillac and would appreciate a call back at his earliest convenience. Again... I never received the courtesy of a call back... again totally ignored. My Late Husband owned dealerships and I am familiar with the car business... so I am appalled at the Bad Service and Bad Treatment by Findlay Managers. Today is Tuesday … still no return calls by late afternoon so I called the GM Mr. McCoy... and left him a message regarding same and requesting the courtesy of a return phone call... No one there seems to ever answer their phones... I will update this tomorrow as to whether or not Mr. McCoy calls me back... It makes you wonder truly if the alleged good review are not by employees... and fake! More
The right choice for me When I arrived at Findlay on April 2, I had no intention of buying a car. I wanted my "old faithful" car fixed. I was having a problem with the clim When I arrived at Findlay on April 2, I had no intention of buying a car. I wanted my "old faithful" car fixed. I was having a problem with the climate controll system, so I thought a dealer would be the place to go. Unfortunately, the fix would have been more expensive than "old faithful" was worth. In great distress, I inquired about a trade-in, and was introduced to Alan Hoover, who at his sales desk, patiently showed me many of the hundreds of new and used cars which might interest me. Gentle questioning brought me to the realization that a low milage, used vehicle might be my right choice. In the end, I found a three-year-old, low-milage lease return of the same make and model as "old faithful"!! I was ecstatic!! They arranged all the financing for me, and about two hours later, I was driving home in my new car. Thank you to all the sales and staff who helped me to "move on." More
