When we met with him the following day, he was quick to give us all of the information we would need without pressuring us into something we could not afford. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the overall quality and sale of the vehicle. I often despise going to dealerships because some of the sales people seem insincere and are all about the upsale. That was not the case with Bryan. After we had signed all of the paperwork they realized that the service department was closed and wouldn’t be able to add some of the extras we had paid for until the next day. Rather than having us make an additional 4 hour round trip they were able to deliver the car directly to our house and made the process simple and painless. We never felt pressured to buy and I would strongly recommend Findlay Toyota to anyone looking to buy! More
