Great experience Went in looking at used vehicles. Not really set on any one model. Jackson was able to spend the time needed with me to test drive a few different vehicles and was not pushy at all even tho I took forever making a decision and went back and forth between which model of the Highlander to get. Everyone else envolbed in the process was was easy to work with as well. At the end of the day I ended up buying a great new Highlander and was able to trade in my truck for a fair price. More
